The higher cost associated with living in and around London are pressures we recognise and are proud to pay above the London Living Wage. We believe our people deserve a wage which meets everyday needs - like the weekly shop, or a surprise trip to the dentist.

In addition to public holidays, we offer our employees generous annual leave allowances based on role and level within the group - starting from 21 days and increase with levels of seniority up to 26 days.
